Heol accepts returns of both domestic and international orders in their original condition within 14 days of the delivery date only for full-price items. Discounted items are considered final sales and non-returnable. Here’s how to return your purchase:

Email us at contact@heol.world to request a return authorization number for returns.
1. Make sure the item you return is in its original condition with original tags attached and must be accompanied by the completed return form in the original package
2. Ship your return to the address in the return authorization email, using the trackable shipping carrier of your choice

We do not offer exchanges at this time, and we are unable to offer a refund on items that are damaged.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable and Heol does not offer free returns on both domestic and international orders. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Heol is not responsible for items not received due to shipping issues while in transit.

Once your return reaches us, please allow 3 to 7 business days for your return to be processed. If your return does not meet the conditions listed above, the package will be sent back to you at your expense and a refund will not be issued. When your return has been accepted, you will receive a confirmation email and your refund will be issued.

Once your return has been accepted, we will process your refund and send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and on the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, the refund will be processed to the original form of payment.

Each product is crafted upon the confirmation of an order. Unfortunately, direct exchanges are not available.
Please contact us at contact@heol.world, and our customer service team will generate a new order once we have received your returned items.
