Domestic orders: Free shipping on all orders via UPS. International orders: Free on orders over $500 via DHL Express. A shipping confirmation with tracking will be sent to your email when your order has been dispatched. For shipping outside the EU, duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient, should the package be refused at the point of delivery the order will be charged a return shipping fee as well as the duties and taxes incurred on the shipment.

Make sure the item you return is in its original condition with original tags attached and must be accompanied by the completed return form in the original package. Ship your return to the address in the return authorization email, using the trackable shipping carrier of your choice.
